If you are looking to explore the enneagram in a small group, the AUMC Enneagram Meet Up is a monthly meeting that digs into different aspects of the Enneagram.

The May Meetup will be an in-person event where we will review how each number holds tension in the body, and what yoga postures could help counter these somatic responses. Yoga can be done on a mat (bring your own), or in a chair. Enter via the East Doors or Youth Doors.
