Do you have a child or grandchild heading back to school? On Sunday, August 11 all students are encouraged to bring their backpack to worship with them. During Children’s time in the 11:00 am worship service there will be a backpack blessing for all students. As a part of this blessing, each student will be given a backpack tag for their school year.

Would you spend a few minutes and just pray a prayer over all of the students, faculty and administration staff for our Dallas-area schools? Please also include in your prayers the students at UTD, Dallas Colleges and other universities as they are also headed back to school.
