Jessica Massengale

Jessica (she/her) grew up in Temple, Texas, and earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Texas State University. Initially focused on business, she became involved in campus ministries, leading her to work in college ministry.

After a few years, Jessica transitioned to healthcare administration. A life-changing moment came when she survived an F5 tornado in 2013, shortly before she and her husband, Sean, received job offers on the same day. She chose to support Sean's career, relocating to Plano, where their family grew with arrival of their daughter, Olivia, in 2015, and son, Lincoln, in 2019.

While working in healthcare, Jessica dedicated seven years to teaching weekly in children's and women's ministry. In 2021, her family started attending Arapaho United Methodist Church and quickly volunteered as a Sunday school teacher. As the Children’s Sunday Coordinator, she fosters an engaging ministry for kids and supports parents in their children’s spiritual development.

In her free time, Jessica enjoys family  and friend activities, trivia with Sean, and listening to podcasts while exercising. She’s active in her children’s school and loves watching soccer and her favorite shows (Grey's Anatomy, Superstore, and New Girl), all while adding plenty of emojis to her texts and emails!
