Why do you do the things you do? Feel your feelings so strongly? The Enneagram can help you understand both yourself and those around you in a new light.
The Enneagram is a powerful tool for personal and collective transformation. Stemming from the Greek words ennea (nine) and grammos (a written symbol), the nine-pointed Enneagram symbol represents nine distinct strategies for relating to the self, others and the world. Each Enneagram type has a different pattern of thinking, feeling and acting that arises from a deeper inner motivation or worldview.
Discovering your Enneagram type can provide deeper clarity into your motivations and ways of seeing the world, and, at the same time, give you an understanding of how differently others may see that same world. Participants will learn about nine different personality types and spend time reflecting on their own motivations and ways of being in order to identify and understand their particular type. In this class we’ll view DVDs featuring Enneagram Master Suzanne Stabile, and explore the material through exercises and discussions.
The Enneagram Journey, facilitated by Ellen Allen, will meet on Monday nights at 6:30 - 8:30 pm for eleven weeks beginning September 17th. The cost is $40 and class members receive a workbook.
