God is referred to by many different names in the scriptures, such as El, Elohim, Yhwh, Jesus, Abba, and Holy Spirit. What is unique about each of these names, and how do they help you become more grounded in your relationship with God? These are some of the questions we will explore in a new 7-week women's Bible study beginning on October 5 in Room 3. AUMC member Amy Smith will lead a group of women in Melissa Spoelstra's study called, "The Names of God."

Each participant is encouraged to purchase her own workbook to use throughout the study, which can be found in the AUMC bookshop here. Each week, we'll read relevant passages, watch a video from the author, and discuss content from the workbook. We look forward to learning and growing together!
