As the holidays are quickly approaching (can you believe it is already November?) we will continue the tradition of offering a special gift in honor of Advent and Christ's arrival, generously supporting the work God is doing through the Missions and Ministries here at Arapaho UMC.

On or before #GivingTuesday (Tuesday, November 29th) you are invited to make a special gift that will make an impact in two ways: 50% will be directed to the AUMC Mission Fund and 50% will support the broader AUMC Ministry Impact Fund.

So, how can you get prepared for #GivingTuesday?

Find Matching Funds - You can double your gift by using employer matching. Click This Link to use the Charity Navigator site and discover if your company has a gift matching program.

Become A Matching Donor - Do you want to inspire others to give? A "matched gift" is a great way to entice other gifts that will contribute to a larger #GivingTuesday. If you are interested in making a commitment to give, email Pastor Scott. Matching donor amounts need to commit on or before Friday, November 19th.

Use Facebook To Create A Fundraiser - Did you know that you can select "Arapaho UMC" as a non-profit and create a #GivingTuesday fundraiser on your Facebook page? Facebook does match some of these funds. Click Here to learn more about creating your own fundraiser on Facebook.

If you are wondering "how to give on or before #GivingTuesday." You can mail or bring a check to the office (mark Giving Tuesday in the memo line) or you can make a gift online here and select "#GivingTuesday" as your fund. As always, thank you so much for your continued generosity.
