All students in grades 7-12 are invited to join the #ArapahoYouth at Bridgeport Camp for Midwinter on February 8-10th! This year’s theme is hALLidays — we'll be exploring ALL of the holidays in small groups, big games and worship together, so get ready to experience a year's worth of anticipation and celebration in one jam-packed weekend!
Please pay attention to the following:
The medical release. You must fill out the medical release even if you have one on file at AUMC.
Anyone 18 and over must have Ministry Safe training – that includes high school seniors. All our adult volunteers are already Ministry Safe certified.
When you hit the “Register” button you will be taken to the Camp Bridgeport web site. Be sure to scroll down to MidWinter. Don’t accidentally sign up for Confirmation Connection 2019.
Please put “Arapaho UMC” on the registration form where it asks for church.
Please notify me that you’ve registered by sending an email to david@arapahoumc.org or texting me at (214)952-9649.
Other information:
Even though we are registering separately, we will travel together and be together at the event.
David Finley and Shea Harrington will be the adults on the trip.
There is financial aid available. We never want cost to keep someone from participating in any of our programs and neither does the North Texas Annual Conference.
